D3 - Discover Digital Data :

Postby Spildit » Mon Jan 27, 2014 1:52 am

Remote help in Data Recovery cases :

Nowadays up to half of the drives that come in for data recovery have different problems with Firmware. Some of them are easy to fix, some not, some are very nonstandard. D3 can remotely solve HDD/Flash case of any complexity and make precise diagnostics, even when others claimed "unrecoverable". We have solutions for nonstandard problems. The price we charge is fixed, it is just 99 EUR. No data no fee. First "test case" is FREE of charge. We make discounts for clients who have many cases per month. We are ready for a long term cooperation. Feel free to ask any details. Please, apply your request to email: info@d3consultyou.com

Hi,
Looks like something I would love to do given funds and time :-(

I was looking on http://www.d3consultyou.com/technology/ and I tried to do step 4 - "Imaging to target drive". I left the SATA cable setup between the drive for HOURS and I don't think the data is being transferred... any idea what I'm doing wrong ??? ;-)

You have to place the source drive higher than the target, so the data will siphon down into the target. They don't want to give away trade secrets like that.

Damm, I stuffed it up, I tilted the source drive too far and the DATA ran all over the floor. Now I am outta paper towel and the dirty stuff I had on the HDD stained the floor!
