How to connect a terminal cable on a Samsung drive ?

On SATA 3.5 drives TX/RX should be in the same position as for PATA.

Hardware flow control doesn't make sense to me. You would need additional pins, not just Tx and Rx.

Yes, you are correct !

Hardware Flow Control - None

This is the correct setting.

Do you know if the terminal cable is a 3.3V or 5V version?
Do not want to fry using the wrong one. Also, is any of the other 2 pins GND? That would make it easier to hook up to a second PC.

I think the Vio voltage on current Samsung drives is 2.0V. A 3.3V adapter seems to work, but I confess that I don't understand why.

Any info on how to connect to SSD? Seems I can't use SRT tool if no serial?

Samsung HD103UJ doesn't look like those. Where to connect serial?
